2. Subscription & Payment

• Cost: €0.99/month, charged via Stripe.

• Billing: Monthly, auto-renewed until you cancel.

• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account; no refunds for partial months.

3. How It Works

• We check Spotify for Artists every 5 minutes during the usual times it updates and email you when new stats are available.

• No guarantees on Spotify’s update timing—it’s usually daily, but delays happen.

• You need a Spotify for Artists see the data; we don’t provide it in any way.

• We are not affiliated with Spotify in any way.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Give us a valid email for alerts.

• Don’t share or resell our service—it’s just for you.

• Follow Spotify’s rules when using their platform.

5. Our Rights

• We can tweak, pause, or stop the service anytime (we’ll try to tell you first)

• We own the service; you’re just subscribing to use it.

• Service outages might pop up—we can keep your subscription rolling even if it hiccups a few days a year

6. Privacy

• We collect your email and payment info via Stripe to run this.

• We don’t share it unless legally required.

• Emails come via Mailchimp; check their privacy policy too.

7. Limitations

• No warranties—service is “as is.” We’ll try our best, but tech can glitch.

• We’re not liable for losses (e.g., missed updates, Spotify changes). Max liability = what you paid us that month.

8. Termination

• You can quit anytime by canceling the stripe subscription so it won’t auto-renew.

• We can boot you if you break these terms or abuse the service—no refunds.
